A Little History Nine 12 Records was established in February 2004 in the quaint little town of Newbury Park, California. With the release of Front Row's Past Tense in October 2004, the journey began. Past Tense acted as a precursor to Front Row's full length album, Fool On The Shill, which was released in January 2005. Nine 12 Records then began working with Silence Is Treason in October 2004, just before sending the band to play a guerilla set at the Coachella Valley Music Festival. In June of 2005, Silence is Treason released their self-titled debut album, shortly followed by a stint on the Vans Warped Tour. |

Nine 12 Records has also coordinated a west coast tour for solo artist, Greg DeFuria to accompany his debut album, Thoughts Like Menifee, which was released in October of 2005. As well as managed and cooridnated national tours for Los Angeles experimental rock band, Sputnik Monroe since November 2006. In 2007, we also put together Legs on Sale's west coast tour up the coast of California. In 2008, we will be sending out Death is not a Joyride (June 2008) and The Pleasures of Merely Circulating (April 2008) out on the road as well as setting up a west coast college tour for Program the Dead, Nancy Fullforce, and Legs on Sale. The Nine 12 Records team is currently looking for bands and artists from across the globe that are interested in extensive touring to join our booking roster. Natalie The fantabulous intern, Natalie, graduated with a BA in Theatre Arts where she is currently putting her degree to good use--being an unemployed actor / record label intern. Natalie is also the hair and makeup designer for Nine 12 Records artists.
